Does this Glock come with the three backstops, 3 mags, case...like other Glocks? Nothing mentioned in description.

Yes it does. (It actually comes with 4 adjustable back straps). All Gen 4 and Gen 5 Glocks come standard with (3) Magazines. Gen 3 and below came with 2 unless LE models. Unboxing video here : youtube.com/watch?v=85w_ZSZQXIw
