Jeffry, these are recent manufacture pistols and should have the upgrade. Hi Jeffry, Yes the New 320's have already been upgraded.

The UPC is for the currently manufactured gun so the odds are very high that it has the updated trigger. The only way to know for 100% sure is by the S/N and buds does not give out S/N but if it does not have the "fix" be assured that Sig will take care of you
