Can I drop a 357sig barrel into a Glock 27 and it will function
Can I use the same Glock 27 mags ?

Yes you can drop in a 357 Sig barrel in your Glock 27. The magazine will work with no problem since the 357 Sig is designed off the 40 S&W casing
