Yes. Since +P puts more stress on any firearm RIA doesn't recommend shooting +P all the time. Question #11 on FAQ's here : http://armscor.com/support-center/faqs/

Rock Island Armory says that the M200 can hand a “limited” diet of +p .38 Special Raymond. they are just not to be shot "all the time".
