Hi Justin, this does not come in a 15rd model. Bud's will remove the magazines and you would need to obtain your own state compliant mags.

Buds will only remove the 18 round magazine (If that is all that keeps it from being legal) before shipping. You will have to buy the 15 round mag yourself.
