why does the cimarron side by side 12 gauge barrel say LJC PRC on top of it?...what does it mean???

It more than likely means the barrel or the gun itself was "Made in China" (Peoples Republic of China). Details here : thehighroad.org/index.php?threads/cimarron-firearms-co.494198/
