Unfortunately, No. Bud's does not perform any modifications to make a firearm Compliant for ones State. The only thing they will do is remove non-compliant magazines so one may purchase the firearm, as long as that firearm is state specific compliant.

Good morning to you!! Sorry but Bud's doesn't do weapons modification. Bud's only ships state compliant weapons as they come from the factory. They do remove non compliant magazines which allows you to acquire compliant magazines. Have a good day.
