Does anyone know where my cousin can get an Mossberg Mc2c for his daily carry turned 18 2 weeks ago and already had the training but now looking for his first gun to carry

Hi Cody and welcome back. Only Long guns can be purchased at age 18, rifles or shotguns. The minimal age to purchase any handgun is 21 years of age by federal law. Cheers and stay safe!
