Glock G19 Gen5 Compact MOS 9mm w/Aimpoint COA 3.5 MOA Red Dot, 15+1
Is it possible to remove the optic? Does it include a plate to cover the cut on the slide if removed?

Hi Nicholas, yes, the Glock G19 Gen5 Compact MOS with the Aimpoint COA includes a cover plate for the mounting system. This allows for a clean look when the optic is not in use.

The G19 Gen5 compact MOS with the Aimpoint COA “does” include a cover plate. Thus, allowing for a symmetrical look when not using an optic.
