Hi Josh, Buds goes through so much inventory on each model that the firearms they sell should have all of the issues taken care of. I haven't had any issues with mine though.

since the recall was in march of 2017 the odds are high that the guns Buds has will have been fixed. that said there is no 1005 sure way to know until you get the gun in your hands but be aware that walther will take Care of you in the event you need the recall done
