I am approved from credova but keep getting an error finalizing purchase says customer service is aware and working on the issue

If the problem persists, I would just give Buds Customer Service a call at 1-859-368-0371 9am-7pm EST Mon-Fri and ask them to help out on this matter.

H Kevin and welcome. May be a website issue as Buds normally runs website maintenance/updates on Sunday. I would give it a few hours and retry. Buds Customer Service may be able to assist tomorrow morning at Buds Customer Service direct is 1-859-368-0371 9am-7pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 7pm Mon - Fri.
