Hi Rick, it is not credited to the purchase price of the gun. Also, it is not 'Try Before You Buy'....it is 'Buy It & Try It'. You buy the gun first.
Then you have 30 days to try it out, and if you don't like it, you can return it for a refund. Think of the $15 as an insurance policy in case you don't like the gun. You don't get your car insurance payment back if you have no accidents.
