When going through checkout, you must check the box for the "Buy it/Try it" option which stated there is a $15 charge. This program is is just not included with every firearm purchase. You may be able to have it added on if the firearm hasn't arrived yet. Just give Buds Customer Service a call at 1-859-368-0371 9am-7pm EST Mon-Fri and ask them to help out on this matter.

To correct a mistake with your "Buy it and Try It" handgun order from BudsGunShop, you must contact customer service directly at Phone: 1-859-368-0371. Or you can use the Live "Chat now" button on the bottom right of the website for online customer service. Furthermore, you can email them by using the "CONTACT US" link on the website's top navigation to send an email, specifically under the section for "EXISTING ORDER QUESTIONS".
The program is not automatically applied and requires you to opt-in during checkout. You should reach out to them as soon as possible, especially before you complete the transfer at your selected Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. There is a non-refundable $15 enrollment fee for the "Buy it and Try It" program per gun to join.

Hi John, the 'Buy It And Try It' option appears in your shopping cart, and you must opt in there. Once you get to the checkout page, you will not see the option. It is easy to miss.

If you have already completed your purchase, you may have missed the step to enroll in the "Buy It & Try It" program during checkout. The program is not automatically applied and requires you to opt-in specifically for each qualifying handgun. If you didn't opt in before checkout, the benefit may not be included. Contact customer service for assistance at (859) 368-0419.
Please keep in mind that Handguns purchased through Bud's layaway or Credova financing are not eligible. You have a 30-day trial starting from when the firearm ships to your FFL dealer and that a non-refundable $15 fee applies for each handgun enrolled.
Buy It and Try It is still an excellent program for gun enthusiasts alike.
