Hi Dale and welcome. Yes, the Streamlight TLR-7 sub will fit the Kimber KDS9c, but you must purchase the correct model designed for 1913 short rails. The KDS9c features a standard Picatinny (1913) rail, not a proprietary rail like some other subcompacts. Select the correct TLR-7 sub model: Do not buy the TLR-7 sub models designed for Glock 43X/48, SIG P365, or Springfield Hellcat. These lights are built for proprietary rails and will not fit correctly. The correct TLR-7 sub version is the one made specifically for 1913 short rails (Streamlight part number 69402) - budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/133451/streamlight+tlr-7sub+weapon+light+black+500+lumens+fits+short+1913+rail. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
