Is the “Make an Offer” option specifically for new firearms? If your “Make an Offer” is it a used firearm or a new one from the manufacturer?

No, they would be New Firearms. Any firearm sold here at Buds that is Used will state that in the Title/Description of said firearm.

Used firearms are listed as "used" in the description. If it doesn't say used it is new.

If it is used, it must state it in the listing. I've never seen a make an offer on a used firearm though. Only new.
