Not at all. Unless you are in a state like Mine, NY, where Buds will just not send ammo to period, you should not have a problem. Unless your state requires you to have a FOID card needed to purchase ammo. If neither and you are in a state that does not require a Foid card or background check, then just give Buds Customer Service a call at 1-859-368-0371 9am-7pm EST Mon-Fri and ask them to help out on this transaction.
