Good evening to you!! A refurbished firearm is as good as new. All parts are gone over and what needs replaced will be replaced. Any cosmetic damage will also be repaired. Hope this helps. Have a good rest of your day.

In most cases, you’ll not see any wear. Rebuilt means a firearm that has been returned to the manufacturer and parts that show any wear will be replaced, and the gun is refinished. These firearms typically have minor cosmetic blemishes, but overall look new but will be cheaper. 👍🏻‼️
Hi Elizabeth and welcome back. A Glock rebuilt Glock will have been returned to like factory new at the Glock facility. A used Glock is a used Glock so wear and tear will be specific to each individual used Glock. A rebuilt Glock is more consistent with better fit and finish compared to used. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
None that you would be able to notice.

The following is done to a "Factory Rebuilt" Glock handgun:
1) Inspect and clean the gun
2) Replace any worn or outdated parts (generally, the guns appear to have brand-new internals). Frames lacking a relief cut will have it added.
3) Replace dead tritium sights with current-manufacture polymer sights.
4) Stamp the inside of the "dust cover" portion of the frame with a "7" to indicate a factory rebuild gun.
5) The gun will be shipped in a current-production padded case with two magazines, a cable lock, cleaning rod/brush, instruction packet, and loading tool. The label on the box will be stamped "Rebuilt" with a date listed. The gun will have a silver label affixed to the trigger guard indicating it is a factory rebuilt gun.
These guns generally retail for $100 to $150 less than a new gun, and carry a lifetime warranty. Almost all are LE trade-ins or T&E guns.
