  • Hi Angel, Prohibited - A semiautomatic pistol that has the capacity to accept a detachable magazine and has one or more of the following:
    A. A threaded barrel, capable of accepting a flash suppressor, forward handgrip, or silencer;
    B. A second hand grip;
    C. A shroud that encircles either all or part of the barrel designed to shield the bearer's hand from heat, except a solid forearm of a stock that covers only the bottom of the barrel; or
    D. The capacity to accept a detachable magazine at some location outside of the pistol grip;
    .
    Magazines are limited to ten (10) rounds.

  • Magazines are limited to ten (10) rounds. To purchase a handgun in the state of Washington, a person must be minimum age 21, a
    resident of the state, and must possess a valid concealed pistol license. Additionally, the
    transferring dealer must be notified in writing by the chief of police or sheriff of a jurisdiction in
    which the purchaser resides that the purchaser is eligible to possess a pistol under RCW
    9.41.040. To be sure, I would talk to a local FFL.
