Larry, not all guns are listed under the Qualified Professionals. But it is typical 10% of those items in the program. And us Veterans are included in the Qualified Professionals program, i.e. Active, Honorably Discharged or Retired Military personnel - all branches (veterans, including medical discharges/disabled).
