You won't get the serial number until it arrives at your specified FFL. You will need to wait until after receipt of your firearm.

You get your firearm serial once paid for. It will show up in the my order menu for firearm you're buying.

I feel your pain, fellow NY'r here. When I've ordered from Buds, I got the serial number once my piece arrived at my FFL.

Once the firearm is paid out of layaway you will get the serial number. The serial number is only available until the firearm ships. Once it ship it won't be visible anymore.

Hi Shawn and welcome. You will receive the serial number once the layaway is paid in full. A few firearms allow you to select the serial number, but most don't upon ordering/layaway. For most firearms you need to wait until the receiving FFL Dealer gets the firearm. Once your firearm is pulled for layaway, I would call Customer Service to see if the Inventory Manager can get you the serial number at 1-859-368-0371 9am-7pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 7pm M - F. Hi Shawn, you would know the make & model when you order the gun. You most likely won't get the serial number until it arrives at your FFL. Occasionally the serial number is on my order, but most times it is not. You would have to wait until you receive the gun to get the serial number.
