Good afternoon to you!! Sorry but no, Bud's will not ship high capacity magazines to a state with capacity limits. Buds policy is to remove non compliant magazines prior to shipping. Sorry but no, Bud's will not ship high capacity magazines to a state that has a capacity limit. You will have to acquire magazines that meet capacity requirements for your state.

Bud's will ship the firearm without the stated mags. You'll then have to purchase legal magazines once you receive the firearm.

Unfortunately it's a Huge No. My FFL also pins non-compliant mags buuuuuut, it's been Buds policy to remove the non-compliant magazines and leave it up to the buyer to purchase their necessary state compliant magazines.

Unfortunately, no, as Buds policy is to only ship state compliant firearms and accessories, even though local FFL Dealers may offer to modify to make compliant. Hi Maurice, unfortunately no. Bud's will not send the magazines unless they are state compliant, even if your FFL will pin them.
