If you decide to return the firearm and once Bud’s receives your returned gun, we will inspect it for excessive wear, tear, or damage. If the gun passes inspection, we will credit your account for only only the purchase price of the item(s) and any applicable sales tax. If our inspection reveals excessive wear, tear, or damage, we will determine the firearm’s fair market value and credit your account for that amount, minus the $15 participation fee.
