Buds Gun Shop & Range had a major management and ownership change in April 2024. Current CEO Joe Murphy acquired sole ownership of the Lexington, Kentucky-based retailer after purchasing the shares from retiring President Rex McClanahan.
Following this, the company continued to refine its executive team by hiring Mark Stecher as President and Chief Operating Officer in October 2024.
