Sometimes Buds website goes haywire and cookies and browser settings retain some errors. try logging off Buds website, clearing your browser cach and cookies, restarting your browser and log back in to Buds and retry membership. this should resolve your issue. If not contact Buds for manual registration via LiveChat (available from 9AM to 9PM 7 days a week), the "Blue chat now" button at the bottom right of the page, or phoning at (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday).
no issues that I know of contact customer service (859) 368-0371 9am-9pm mon-fri or use the blue Chat Now button

Friday). or use the live chat at 9am eastern.
