Once you set up the payment and bud's receives it, they secure your order for you. They are pretty good about sending updates. I have done layaway numerous times using the echeck and have never had a firearm sold out from under me. You should be alright if you entered all the payment information. Hope that helps!

That is the reason I start my layaways with a credit card. you only pay the 3% non cash on the amount you charge you get the cash discount on the rest of the cost Example $500. gun 20 % is $100 If I pay the 20% down by cc it cost $103.00 leaving a balance of $400.00 which can then be paid by E check at the cash rate so the total cost to me would be $503.00

Hi Thomas, I think someone could go buy it. I would've used a credit card for down payment to make sure. If it makes it through the night you should be ok.
