The guns Buds has are all of recent Manufacture so the odds are very high that the have the upgraded trigger that being said the only way to know with 100% certainty is the check the S/N. Buds will not give out the S/N but be confident that if you do get one that needs the upgrade Sig will take care of you

These are the latest manufactured P320's from Sig Harold and should already have the upgrade. On the remote chance that "Murphy's Law" comes into play, Sig will take care of you at no cost : sigsauer.com/support/p320-voluntary-upgrade/
