Can BUDS Convert a Rifle to CA Compliant?

Does Buds do CA Compliant conversions? I have found "Compliant" VEPR's on other websites where they "install a Grip Wrap" (KYDEX GRIP WRAP FOR VEPR THUMBHOLE WOODSTOCK). I cannot find any grip wrap for the VEPR on Buds. More specifically I'm trying to get a new .308 VEPR.

Buds internal "Policy" does not allow opening or altering firearm packages Tyler. The firearm must be "Compliant" as is from the factory.

Sorry buds will not modify a gun to make it comply it must be compliant as it comes from the "factory " Thet will not even remove Magazines to make it compliant.

Hi Tyler, Unfortunately Buds doesn't covert or open the boxes the make Ca compliant. Ive tried many times.
