Yes, the magazines are physically the same size but are just internally blocked to only hold 10rds for restricted states. The only issue is Buds will not switch or ship with no magazines as by policy they do not open firearm packages Mike.

buds does have storm compacts that have the 10 round mag just not in the FDE color

yes they will work just fine they are the same magazine bodies with internal (blocked) differences to prevent the loading of more than 10 rounds you would have to order a 10 round version of the gun because buds will not modify (even mag removal) any gun to make it compliant it must be compliant from the factory
