Does the gun come with the rear and front sights.

No sights, a full length top Picatinny rail for adding sights or optics, and additional Picatinny rail space for other accessories such as tactical lights or lasers.

The American Rifleman for June 2017 did a review on this shotgun, and gave it high marks. They also stated that it came with front and rear sights. The rear sight being integral in a carry handle. The sights/carry handle are plastic, but at least they are sights.

This unfortunately does not come with any sights. There are some good back up iron sights you can find for not too much. That's what I did with my flattop AR

Nope, you need to add your own. Daniel Defense makes a nice durable fixed set.
