Gift card code won't work

I won a gift card in the last drawing, but the sight is showing the code as empty even though my account says it still has $50. What gives?

This has happened to me once Matthew. If you are a Team Buds Member call 1-888-327-9402. If not call 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. Mine was corrected in a few minutes.
