Yes Tim. If you are local to Buds or not, you will have to pay "Sales Tax". Local does not matter but if you are not i would calculate shipping and tax to see what you may be really saving.

Buds has free shipping on firearm in the "lower 48 states". You can use a Buds store as the receiving FFL but its the same as using any other FFL you will pay a transfer fee. I suggest calling the local Buds and see if they have the gun you want in stock and if so what would be the price
