For the Emperor Firearms Seylan TM 1950 12GA, I don't see any aftermarket magazines nor listing of extra magazines for purchase anywhere. I'd call Emperor Firearms or their American distributor. See link... emperorfirearms.com/contact-us.php For the API AK22, that's made by Rock Island if I'm not mistaken. You can search for Armscor AK-22 magazines or Rock Island AK-22 magazines and you'll see some results. Give Armscor/Rock Island a call at 775-537-1444 and talk to them.
The magazines for both firearms are most likely proprietary.
