  • I placed an order and the website says status "pending". Viewing details on that order says "order recieved." I paid debit and a pending transaction is on my account. I have yet to receive a confirmation email. Is this normal?

  • Hi Mark, Debit cards take an extra 5 days for payment to clear. Buds stated that "High Order" volume around the time of my order was the cause of the delay.
