Ordered on the 24th. site says shipped on 26th. Post office still doesn't have. Now the 30th and post office still doesn't have it. This is ridiculous. Poorest shipping I have ever scene. And there is no way to call and talk to someone. Poor customer service

Floyd, Here is my experience with shipping in regards to Bud's. The day they create a shipping label you will get a notice it "shipped". However, all that really means is a label has been created. It does not mean it was turned over to the carrier. If it was created on a weekend, it definitely will not be given to a carrier any earlier than the next business day and that depends on whether or not it has been boxed, all paperwork completed, checked and ready to go. You will receive a tracking number (for Fedex or USPS) when you were notified it was "shipped". If it was Fedex, you can visit their web site and get a reasonable insight as to the status of your shipment. If it is USPS (US Postal Service), that can be hit or miss. I've never had consistent package tracking with them. The good news is, you will get exactly what you ordered from Bud's. There is a truism for all companies as they grow and expand. Their internal processes are formed thru a series of trial and errors, shaped by the nature (and legal requirement of their business). Ultimately, they will find something that works for them, but it may not be the most efficient nor always best suited to the customers needs or expectations. In the case of Buds, they are acknowledging your order and letting you know that a shipping label has been created and your order is in the shipping department. Unfortunately they chose the term "shipped" rather ready to ship.
