  • Is it okay to shoot russian steel cased ammunition in the Ruger MIni 30?

  • Yes. The Mini 30 will handle it just fine. It has very robust ejection so it's not a problem.

  • Just keep it cleaned and it will work just fine with them the Wolf brand ammo is good

  • Steel cased will work Anthony. Stick with the "Zinc" or "Poly Coated" ammunition and not the "Lacquer Coated" that can cause issues with extraction.
