Thanks to Randi and James. I have already sent the shotgun back to EAA. I spoke with Gus and he explained to me I had broke new ground with my issues. He suggested I use 2.75 shells which defeated the purpose on how I want to use the gun. I'm a recoil junky and I like magnum rounds. He also explained the Brenneke black magic rounds are hot. They tested the ammo with a Bennelli and on round 39 or 40 it messed that shotgun up to.
The manufacturer says you can shoot 3" mags out of it.
