Are the magazines tan colored as well, the one in the photo is black?

The magazines and floor plates are black. There are aftermarket FDE floor plates that add +1, +2 or more rounds to the G43. Example : daraholsters.com/hyve-technologies-glock-43-1-mag-extension-fde/
