  • What happens when you place an order while a product is in stock, and you receive an email saying "out of stock". I can't seem to get a response from Bud's. Has anyone else ran into this issue?

  • It happens, has happened to me once. They'll refund your money. You should get an email from them stating the order is cancelled and full refund is coming.

  • They will refund your money You should be able to chat or speak directly with Buds at LiveChat (available from 9AM to 9PM 7 days a week), the "Blue chat now" button at the bottom right of the page, or phoning at (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday).
