  • If I order a gun from Buds and I REFUSE the gun (and DO NOT do the transfer) because it's not the correct generation I was expecting, would I get a full refund for ALL costs associated with the order (shipping insurance, lifetime warranty, the gun, etc)? Has anyone ever returned anything to Buds that can share their experience? Buds website doesnt specify "any reason" on refusals/ returns and only refers to defects. Curious if there would be any restocking, return shipping, or canceled order fee

  • I suggest that you Contact customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM CST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button and get a official answer I strongly suggest using the blue chat now button and printing out the response. we are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions

  • I would imagine that a Gen difference would fall under "Not what you expected" John. Only Buds can confirm this for you one way or the other at LiveChat (available from 9AM to 9PM 7 days a week), the "Blue Chat Button" at the bottom right of the page, or phoning at (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday).
