  • My wife signed for a muzzleloader and didn’t notice damaged packaging.the gun flops around in the box. The box seel is not broken but there is a half dollar size hole which was taped up. Should I open it or send it back?

  • Hi Brad, it will have to be opened to check for any actual damage. If the actual firearm/accessories are OK, I would not worry about it. If any of the contents are damaged, an insurance claim with the Carrier may be in order after notifying Buds.
