  • A little confused with the CX-4 storm legality in NYS. According to the examples listed on the banned list, the cx-4's only feature is the thumbhole stock. Would filling the stock in make it safe act compliant?

  • Hi Robert, unfortunately Buds does not open or alter firearms or accessories. The firearm must be state compliant as it comes from the Manufacturer at Buds. This is a long standing Buds policy.

  • It can't be shipped to New York with the thumb hole in stock. How permanent would hole filling be if you could get one shipped to you? Hole would have to be permanently plugged/removed etc before it could be shipped. Problem is you can't get one shipped to your FFL in New York that is not state compliant
