I've read mavericks whole trigger assembly is plastic. Is this true about this Winchester also? Lastly is this particular model made in USA or outsourced to turkey?

Plastic works or Glock wouldn't be considered the best fighting pistol on the planet.

which Winchester the super x 4 is not plastic and made I Belgium the SXP has a polymer trigger guard and assembly

Yep, same construction as the Maverick's Jim and is outsourced from Turkey. (I get your point wholeheartedly, (200mph engine and 50mph tires, genius)!
