No. Buds will not conduct such sale and I don’t blame them. You might have better luck somewhere else.

Sorry Buds will not open the package to remove the magazine "modify" the gun it must comply with state restrictions from the Factory

Brian, this would help many folks out but, Buds has an internal policy of not altering/opening firearms or accessories including magazines. Many have asked but, Buds will not budge.

As long as the magazine is the only thing making the item non-compliant, they can remove the over capacity magazine(s) and ship the firearm without them.
