I purchased 2 guns from buds back in 2012, but when i log into my account and i look under PURCHASE HISTORY, nothing shows up. one the guns was recently stolen in a home burglary. i am trying to get the serial number for the police. ive emailed buds for 2 straight days now. any one know why my purchase history would be incomplete? also, anyone know a better way of going about getting ahold of someone that could pull up the record?

David, click on "Order Status/Account" - click show all orders (if you order is not listed) - Your order should have a red "View Order" button to click.
