Dylan, Couple of tips. Coupon entry area is on your cart screen. Top left hand corner enter coupon code there and hit validate. You will see discount appear on total on your cart. Also be aware of numbers and letters. Some codes have upper or lower case numbers. The number 0 can be confused with o and lower case L with 1. Make sure your get all digits correct and enter it on left top of cart page and validate.
