Is the magazine to this rifle attached to be NY legal, if so how do you load it.

Milton, this rifle has a MA and NJ compliant - Welded muzzle compensator to remove two restrictions allowing the magazine to be removable to load.

It is NY compliant, you would load it as you would any standard semi auto magazine. as long as its 10 rounds or less the magazine is fine..
