Yes this rifle is Maryland compliant. Any Scorpion carbine or handgun is legal in Maryland however buds will not send you a gun that is packaged with a magazine that has a capacity greater then 10rds although this too is perfectly legal. Buds apparently is extra careful and simply will not send a gun packaged with a 10+ capacity magazine to MD.
