Since the barrel is threaded to the action. IYO does that make the 452 more accurate than the 455?

Not exactly Michael. Accuracy is more a function of barrel characteristics and quality than barrel to action connection. Once the round is chambered the action is out of the picture and it's all barrel from there.

Not always. Accuracy has so many factors that it is never just cut and dry the chamber deminsions. the stiffness of the barrel the mounting of the barrel to the action all have a input on the accuracy
