  • I have a gift card code and when I enter it to make a purchase it shows that there's no balance. The account that gave me the card shows it valid with a balance. Any idea what I need to do to get it to work?

  • You may be entering it in as a coupon code by mistake. Try to proceed to the next page of checkout and enter it in that section.

  • I'm wondering the same thing. I get the same message every time I try to enter it. If this is how it goes tomorrow as well then I'm sure they will be hearing from someone.

  • Ensure you are not entering the "gift code" in the "coupon code" which appears on the "cart" page. The "gift code" is entered later in the payment process. Two different things in different places - confused the heck out of me a couple of times. If still not working call Bud's they are very helpful.
