BudsGunShop.com - Single Action Revolver Recoil Plate Question
-
-
I recently purchased a single action revolver from Standard Manufacturing and it appears the recoil plate is not fully seated and staked properly because it does not sit flush with the recoil shield. I don't know if I should try to press it back into place because it is very loose. Any suggestions? I am trying to contact standard manufacturing.

I would not attempt anything Austin. This is something Standard Manufacturing should resolve. You need not give them any reason to compromise your warranty on a practically new pistol. If it were used then maybe but, let them handle it in your case.
